Let me start by saying Built By Balance was probably the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. My body, lifestyle and my way of thinking around self-imagine, confidence, and food and nutrition has changed for the better.

The best part of the program was the COMMUNITY. I love that Olivia was always available to chat online, and that she created a positive and encouraging support community for our BBB group. You make awesome connections with the girls in the program with you! We shared highs, lows, struggles, recipes, and really learned from one another's experience in the program. Best of all, we still keep in touch since the program has ended to encourage each other and keep the progress going!

I lost 15 pounds over the three months, felt better in my clothes, my energy levels went up, and now I feel more confident in my own skin. Mentally, I was able to challenge myself but not be hard on myself, and that's a huge change for me. 

Honestly, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Olivia. She is so positive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel so comfortable in what can be a very uncomfortable experience. She is there for you every step of the way, and creates a community of self-care, love, and encouragement.

Yes it is an investment, but it is an investment into YOU. This is one of the biggest things I learned over the 12 weeks. Making time for yourself and really focusing on self-care and self-love makes such a difference in your journey, and this program helps you focus on that. Honestly, everything about BBB is perfect! The group calls, the community, the education, and the support and guidance. 

This program has changed my mentality towards so many different things. It has taught me about how to eat a balanced diet, and no I don’t mean “cutting out this, cutting out that,” I mean you can eat what you want! Following an 80/20 rule was so helpful and it let me have the ability to eat what I wanted and still meet my goals. Hell yes I had a doughnut, hell yes I had pasta and dairy and even bread!

The results I’ve seen within this program is so much more confidence in my body. I can see it in little ways throughout the day catching myself in the mirror and smiling seeing that for once in my life I am not picking apart little things about myself rather complimenting myself on the little things I see. Another result I've seen is losing almost 17 freaking lbs.

My results have blown my mind— on the scale, I’ve lost 11 pounds since applying for the program. I’ve lost several inches, which I really have noticed in the stomach area. I’m starting to notice definition/muscle in my legs and arms as well. I can lift heavier weights in the gym. I feel as though I’m able to be more “present” and I have more joy because I have learned to love my own body in the midst of progress.

I don’t think you know how Built by Balance has changed everything about me and my whole attitude towards food. I actually didn’t know this way to approach food even existed, and believe me when I say if it’s out there I’ve tried it. Destroying my metabolism along the way.
