I am mostly known for loving all things health and fitness but when I am not in the gym I enjoy spending time in the sun, travelling the globe, and hanging out with friends and family.

Hey there,

I was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario and moved to Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 8. Throughout my education, I committed much of my time to a variety of sports as I have always enjoyed being active. After High school, I found myself in an awkward spot where my metabolism was starting to slow down and the pounds started to creep up. Not only was I unsure of how to properly fuel my body, but I lacked knowledge on how to establish an effective workout plan. I had lost control I once had over my body. As a result, I was continuously trying new diets which led me to the vicious cycle of binge eating. I was desperate for a change.

Discovering weightlifting changed my life. 

I enjoyed learning how to train properly, fuel my body with nutritious foods, and educating myself in health and fitness. It wasn’t until I started implementing these changes in my life that I began to see significant progress.  Learning the effects of both weightlifting and nutrition and truly understanding how one's body can transform intrigued me. The more and more I discovered the more it became a passion.

After completing post-secondary as a Laboratory and X-ray Technologist, I knew that helping people was something I loved. In the beginning, I genuinely enjoyed what I was doing but after pursuing this career for almost 3 years, I felt as though something was missing. 

I was ready to take a risk.  I followed my heart and decided to get my Certified Personal Training Certification through ISSA in 2017.

Now, my ultimate passion is to educate, motivate, and inspire people to become their best self. My goal is to reach as many females in this world and show them that it is possible to #FINDFOODFREEDOM
